Apple Rhubarb Pie Combine flour, salt and sugar. Mix together with apples and rhubarb and let stand 20 minutes. Pour into 9 inch pie shell, dot with butter, adjust top crust and seal. Bake in 400 degree oven about 55 minutes. Cool.

Apple Rhubarb Pie
2 1/2 c. Granny Smith Apples, peeled and cut into chunks 2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 c. sugar 6 tbsp. all purpose flour 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. honey 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ground mace 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon Line a pie plate with pastry. For filling, combine all other ingredients, cover with second crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn down the oven to 350 degrees for 25 more minutes.
